Join me in welcoming Adam Ismaeil to HVMN! Adam is the inaugural hire in H.V.M.N.'s Rotational Development Program (RDP). The goal of RDP is to develop cross-functional generalists and turn them into function leaders within our organization. H.V.M.N. is an unconventional, interdisciplinary company, and we want unconventional, interdisciplinary people. It's clear when you meet Adam that he's a learning animal with an instinct for elite performance. Adam brings to H.V.M.N. a broad finance and business background (consultant with Ernst and Young, account management at 42Floors, CFA Level 1) and an impressive collegiate athletic record (3x NCAA Division II Lacrosse Team Captain). I'm excited that Adam will be the first RDP to kick off the program.
PS. The RDP was inspired in part by Google's prestigious Associate Product Manager (APM) program started by Marissa Mayer (an angel investor in H.V.M.N.).
